At Hush, every experience is intentionally reserved and thoughtfully prepared just for you. Your appointment time is held exclusively for you, and we respectfully ask that you honor your reservation as we honor our commitment to providing a peaceful, uninterrupted experience for every guest.

Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit secures your reserved time and is applied toward the cost of your service.

 

Cancellations

72+ Hours Before Your Appointment

• You may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund of your deposit.

48–72 Hours Before Your Appointment

• Your deposit is non-refundable.

• You may reschedule your appointment one time, and your deposit will be transferred to your new reservation.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment

• Your deposit is forfeited.

• Appointments cannot be rescheduled.

• A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

Late Arrivals

To preserve the experience for all guests, appointments will end at their scheduled time. Arriving late may result in a shortened service without a reduction in price.

 

No-Shows

Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and will be required to submit a new deposit before booking future services.
