At Hush, every ritual is thoughtfully reserved and prepared exclusively for you. Because your reservation holds dedicated time with our practitioners, all services, memberships, gift cards, packages, and retail purchases are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Services that have been completed

• Memberships or packages

• Gift cards

• Retail products (unless required by law)

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide notice in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Eligible appointments may be rescheduled within the guidelines outlined in that policy.
